Emily Austin has been a critical asset for our team (at RealPage.) She joined us as a training lead in a business unit that was severely lacking in training and collateral and built our program from the ground up. She created an entire database of instructor-led webinar offerings that she continues to facilitate for our customers as well as cultivating a rich set of collateral for both internal and external reference material. Emily also facilitates a training series monthly with advanced adoption strategies that has been extremely well attended by some of our key accounts. This has allowed our team to significantly reduce cost and time to implement, resulting in a much smoother and less expensive onboarding process for new customers. One of the peripheral benefits of Emily’s contribution has been the ability for our stabilized customers to access continuing education to support end-user employee turnover and drive overall adoption to reduce customer attrition.
